Agent Reel is a video editing application that includes optional artificial intelligence ("AI") features. This Privacy Policy explains what information Agent Reel collects, how it is collected and used, when information is shared with service providers, and the choices available to users.
Local video editing features do not require users to send their media or prompts to a third-party AI service. AI processing occurs only when a user chooses an AI feature and grants the in-app permission described below.
Agent Reel may process photos, videos, selected video frames, start frames, end frames, and other visual content that a user selects from the device or creates inside the app.
Media is obtained only when the user selects it, imports it, captures it using a permitted device feature, or chooses it as an input for an AI action.
Agent Reel may process prompts, instructions, descriptions, AI chat messages, and other text that a user enters for prompt assistance or media generation.
When a user signs in with Apple, Agent Reel receives the Apple account identifier and, when Apple provides it, the user's name or email address, which may be an Apple private relay address. This information is used for authentication and account management.
When an AI feature is requested, Agent Reel creates technical information needed to manage the request, such as a project identifier, generation-job identifier, selected duration, request status, timestamps, credit balance, and credit transaction history.
Apple provides Agent Reel with subscription and in-app purchase transaction information needed to verify purchases, provide subscriptions, and add credits. Apple processes payments. Agent Reel does not collect or store payment card or bank account details.
If the user enables notifications, Agent Reel may process an Apple Push Notification service token so that the app can notify the user about the status of an AI generation job.
